Very good breakfast and friendly staff! The beach incl. pool area is fantastic! The kitchen was excellently equipped, because we only spent one night here and unfortunately we could not use it! The staff and the manager were also very helpful and understanding! Since the house was not quite finished yet, there were still a few small shortcomings but were immediately compensated by the friendly staff!

Unfortunately the beach is a little further away but easy to reach with shuttle service.

We were excited to be right on the beach and were impressed by the private shuttle that took us to the Beach Club, where we enjoyed the calm water and facilities. the setup of the apartment was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the attentive service of the staff. Although the breakfast was located at the beach club, we didn't mind the short trip as the food was tasty.

The Coral House in Punta Cana offers a spacious room with great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and accommodating, making guests feel like family.

Absolutely nothing.

Had a city break in a hotel that promised much but didn't quite deliver for us. However, we must say that the staff were some of the friendliest we've ever come across in any hotel. They were always available to help with a smile, and even though the hotel was not at full occupancy, there were still some nice touches like complimentary bottled water and fresh towels in the room every day. The location was also quite good, and we were able to walk to a nearby shopping center in about 15 minutes.

Sadly, there were more negatives than positives. The biggest issue was the state of the rooms.
